Hart Lodge (currently a 9 bedded unit) is situated in Chadwell Heath. The home is conveniently located very close to the town centre and the A12. Like the other two, it has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard with all rooms being en suite. They are all single rooms. The kitchen and laundry rooms are also designed to cater for ADL activities. It is ideally situated near shops and bus route to the station which is a 5 minutes ride away. The vicinity is surrounded by shops, supermarkets and a big dental practice round the corner.

It is an ideal location for commuting into London which is only about 20 minutes on the train. The garden is fully decked with tubs and pot plants, very popular in the summer for relaxation and bathing in the sun.

Work to expand the home to an 11 bedded unit should be completed by the end of 2009, adding more space for the service users, including an additional kitchen for ADL work, a games room as well as a good size room for meetings and entertaining guests and visitors. There will also be an additional garden plot for horticultural purposes or growing fruit and vegetables.
